Each child enrolled at Star of the Mary, Sea ELC has a portfolio developed for each child by his or her teacher. Observations by teachers and staff of each child are done daily and recorded. Parent-Teacher conferences are conducted in October . Special conferences can be made by the request of the parent or teacher. Formal Progress Reports are provided three times per year.
Parent involvement
All Parents are highly encouraged to be involved in the school community in various ways, that include service and volunteer opportunities. Mary, Star of the Sea Early Learning Center’s Parent Teacher Guild (PTG) provides parents with an opportunity to be uniquely involved in building relationships and partnership between school and family.
