Summer 2019 sessions at Mary, Star of the Sea are divided into two sessions. The first session is from June 3 – July 5, 2019 and the second session from July 8- August 2, 2019. Summer sessions include similar education and enrichment as the school year but also include summer activities such as water play Fridays.
Each year the summer curriculum incorporates an educational theme. This year’s theme is, “All About Volcanoes.” Each session will include a field trip. Uniforms in the summer are not required and children may wear their own play clothes to school. Shoes are required.

Upon enrollment, each parent will receive a summer curriculum packet for each child that details weekly lessons and activities. Each week highlights activities in math, language, practical life and sensorial for all levels. The summer curriculum includes:

- Sensorial and practical life
- Gross motor development
- Music enrichment
- Creative movement
- Arts and crafts
